Here are some tips:
When the Inbox level is first intiated, VoiceCentral announces the number of new and old mail messages, then reads the sender and subject of the most recent message. You may say any of the following commands to hear more Inbox information: Inbox Level
* "Read" reads the body of the message. * "Skip" reads the sender and subject of the next message. * "Delete" moves the message to the Deleted Items folder. * "Mark as read" marks the selected message as read. * "Reply" sends a voice recorded reply similar to Send a Message.
How does VoiceCentral decide which emails to read first? When reading items from the Inbox VoiceCentral first reads the “unread” items sorted first by priority and then by date, then it reads the “read” items sorted by priority and date.
