Try running the install but don't enter a serial number. You should still be able to install VoiceDial this way. After VoiceDial is install you can enter the license/serial number by starting VoiceDial and after the initial prompt, tap on the Menu->About menu item. When the "About" dialog comes up you should be able to enter the License/serial number.

Hi! I have a Mitac Mio A701 running WM5, but I'm not able to install Voice Dial 3.0 WM5. One time it tells me that the installation failed, the other time it installs, but when I try to run it, it says that there are components missing or that the application isn't signed. Why is this?
I just tried installing 2.1 for SP2003 and that version seems to work. Does this version also support bluetooth?

Yes, it does. Sometimes installing VoiceDial and the voices one at a time helps.

Hi! but when I try to run it, it says that there are components missing or that the application isn't signed. Why is this? I've downloaded the version listed at Pocketgear for the Treo 700w, this version will not install at all. I downloaded the WM5.0 english version and it installs, but I get the above. Any help here? edit: I think I have got it working, will let you know in a day or 2.

Well yes I got it working but was not happy with the voice recognition. (I must have to much of a "southern drawl" accent.) It was great with some contacts names and not with others. "Buddy" was one of the names it could not handle.

We are working on a new version that should hopefully be better for you. No timeline on the completed date yet.

Gracias

If you are running VoiceDial 2.0 WM5 PPC:
Try running the install but don't enter a serial number. You should still be able to install VoiceDial this way. After VoiceDial is installed you can enter the license/serial number by starting VoiceDial and after the initial prompt, tap on the Menu->About menu item. When the "About" dialog comes up you should be able to enter the License/serial number.

Buenas tardes.

To check the number, on the mobile device, click *Start*, click *Settings*, and then click *About*. If the build number is 14847 or higher, the device has MSFP installed.
Email me at VoiceDialSupport@fonix.com if it does.
