Make sure that VoiceDial is not running. Navigate to the install folder "\Program Files\Fonix\VoiceDial" and delete the file Settings.cfg. Restart VoiceDial.

i did that, but still doesnt work! i have voicedial 2.1 wm5 SP on Utstarcon 6700
when i start VoiceDial it says: Error: Cant build recognizer when i press ok it says: Error in :\

You may also want to review this. VoiceDial is expecting that the First and Last name combined shouldn’t be longer than 128 characters so anything longer than that could cause problems. VoiceDial should be able to handle most non-alphabet characters, but I have seen a couple of times when some strange non-alpha characters cause a problem. Numbers and standard punctuation characters are okay. If you find some names are too long or have some strange characters in them, you need to make sure that those changes make it back into Outlook and that you synchronize your contacts on the mobile device before trying to update the contacts recognizer in VoiceDial.
